This section has been revised, as the hearing is now over. I have changed my previous policy of stating that I would not alter an affidavit, as some information is no longer necessary to have posted.
I still find Elaine Schroeder's opinion of me, and of my website, to be far off the mark. She and I have never met, nor had any conversation on any topic.
I probably could have paid a licensed mental health professional to review my website and write a report stating their opinion of me and of my website was quite the opposite of Dr. Elaine Schroeder's. I chose not to, as it is common knowledge that professional opinions are usually slated in favor of the person making the request and / or paying the bill.
No sense in paying for a round of she said / he said, which can result in an endless loop.
