The Infamous "Sex Toy" Photos, as submitted by Mr. Paul H. Grant, Attorney at Law, Juneau, AK
Update November 3, 2008: In the email series below the photos, my sister, Gail Margaret Sanders, states that she took these photo. She also states in another email "I don't remember sending them to Dad!"
A strange reply, as I hadn't stated nor implied that she had, but it does put his name back in the hat as one who might have sent them to Mr. Grant to include in his paperwork against me. The pages I received from Mr. Grant with these photos on them, shows that they on file on some type of AOL account. Both Gail and my Dad, T. J. Sanders, used AOL as their email service provider. My Dad has apparently switched to another email provider of WVI.com, but still might use his AOL account.
Shortly after midnight on October 28, 2008; I received and opened the box which Mr. Grant had mailed to me on October 22, 2008.
Below are the much awaited photographs which he listed as an important detail he found worth mentioning in his September 19, 2008 letter to me.
Wow! That's a big, scary, damning,
OOOOOOHHHHHHhhhhh.
The woman in the photo resembles me, although I don't recognize that dress offhand, and it's taken at an unflattering angle. And that's a real Bad Hair Day with that poof on top, which isn't typical. The eyebrows look a tad darker than I normally sport, but this photo could have been altered. That is my car, with the posters that Gail and I put on it. See my self portrait under the link near the bottom of "Disclaimer and Mission Statement.)
And it is notable that Mr. Grant did not identify the photographer, as I have requested. UPDATE: 9:25 AM, October 29, 2008. As I suspected, and asked the source myself, (see our email exchange about it below these photos) the photos which Mr. Grant has produced were taken by my sister, Gail Margaret Sanders. She appears to be a "silent witness" of some sort, as the standard copyright notice should be on the photos, the symbol of a circle with a "C," year, and the photographer's name. Good practice and common sense are that the copyright notice should be on any photographs that he is distributing.
When one is photographed anonymously in the privacy of their own car (another renter's ride is visible thru the window next to me), and their car is photographed on private property (that's Madame Jade's ride next to mine, in her driveway), couldn't that be considered some form of surveillance? It certainly is an invasion of privacy!
When Mr. Paul H. Grant produces the name of the photographer, I'll post it. For now, these two photographs are by "Anonymous. " As the image quality is poor, I've also added a clickable link above each, which might work better.
